Zvārtava manor windmill was built in 1803 as a part of the manor complex. Dutch type windmill. The body of the windmill is made of boulders.
At present, the windmill is well preserved. The roof was laid in 1981. In 2002, new floors were installed and the mill building, entrance and window openings were restored. In 2014, the roof was reconstructed.
