Atraiskalns Hill (Fast hill). Up to 20 metres high and 300 metres wide cliffs of exceptional beauty. Wide view on the bend of Venta opens from the top of cliffs. Exposed sandstone and dolomite sandstone, Skervelis member of Upper Devonian period.
Left bank of Venta, 1 km upstream from Varkali, since 1977 located within the nature reserve “The Rivers Venta and Skervelis Valley”.
