The Ilzu Church is located in the very border area of Lithuania, Rite parish, the previous territory of Ilzenberg Manor (Lithuania).

The current Ilze church was built in 1844 by the owner of Ilze Manor, Elizabeth von Orgīza-Rutenberg.
