Jaunķempji (Neu-Kempenhof) manor is located on the territory of the Gauja National Park, on the banks of the Līgatne river.
In 1888, the owner of the manor is Baron Sigismunds Wolff. In 1922, the manor belonged to Wolfgang Klot. After that, the manor passes under the control of the state. In 1924, the property was given to the opera singer Pauls Sakss.
Currently private property. The reconstruction started in 2005 has been stopped.
