Big wooden bridge over the river Rīva is quite unique in Latvia because it is one of the rare (if not the only one) bridges with construction system of wooden stanches; it is also situated in easily found and accessible place. Interesting fact: the bridge is a part of the railroad root Liepāja-Ventspils that crossed the river and was built during the first part of XX century.
