Similarly to its neighbours, this building is a typical Rīga’s Perpendicular Art Nouveau example and one of many creations in this manner by architect Jānis Alksnis. The overall symmetrical plan of the building is mirrored in the symmetrical composition of the facade. Fluid, soft lines and refined ornamental reliefs dominate the facade.
