Mārciena Orthodox Church

The Orthodox Church is built on a beautiful hill overlooking Mārciena Manor.

The church was designed in 1872 by the architect Jānis Friedrichs Baumanis. The stone church is named after St. On behalf of Alexei. The church operated until World War II. The church was reopened in 1996.

The church was renovated in 2008.
