Love Nature Trail of Swedish Cap

The nature trail is nearly 1 km long and runs from the recreation centre “Swedish Cap” through a forest up a hill to the very top, to see the beautiful Abava ancient river valley in all its beauty.

The love trail is located at the recreation center "Zviedru cepure". The trail leads through the forest up the hill, which offers a wonderful view of the Abava valley, it is often called "Kurzemes Šveici". While walking, it is possible to be close to nature, feel the breath of the forest, hear the songs of birds, listen to the sound of a stream and refresh yourself. There is a picnic area at the top of the hill - a table and benches. The route can be continued along the slope, where almost all the plants typical of Latvian meadows grow, many of them - also specially protected.
