Lorumupe sandstone outcrops

The Lorumupes sandstone outcrops are located in Kalķupe valley near Vīdāle. The outcrops can be easily found by leaving the car at the Vīdāle cemetery, near the Krauju houses. Descending into the ravine, the first outcrops are already visible. Moving upstream along Lorumupīti, you can see other larger and smaller sandstone outcrops in a stretch of about 250 meters.
