Kalnciema street

Kalnciema Street is the main Street in Pardaugava, Riga. It is located in the vicinity of Agenskalns, Shampeteris, Pleskodale and Mūkupurvs. Kalnciema Street starts at the intersection of Daugavgrīvas Street (towards Bolderāja ) and ends at the Riga city border. The total length of the street is 5140 meters and it consists of 2-6 lanes.

Kalnciema Street has four breaks. The first is the Daugavgrivas Street break. This is a small section of street between Daugavgrīvas Streets in both directions. The second break is just before the beginning of Kalnciems Bridge, where the street continues as Lielirbes Street. Kalnciema Street resumes from Margrietas Street next to Kalnciema Bridge. The third break is the crossing of Lielirbes Street just behind the Kalnciems Bridge, and the fourth is the Kārlis Ulmanis Gatve crossing near the Kārlis Ulmanis Gatve and Jūrkalne Street viaduct.

The first section of Kalnciema Street is one-way, it can be driven in the direction of Daugavgrivas Street (towards the city center). Also, from the crossroads of Krišjānis Valdemārs and Slokas Streets to Daugavgrīvas Street (towards the city center) Kalnciema Street is one-way, it is possible to drive to the center.
