The environmental object "Decorative Bicycle" was installed in the Ķengarags promenade in 2010.

The Kengarags Promenade is located in the Kengarags neighborhood of Riga, and it starts as a cycle path on Kengarags Street, which runs from Maskavas Street to the Daugava coast on Viberta Island.
