The Regal Pelargonium, English Pelargonium, Show Pelargonium or Pelargonium Grandiflorum is a house and garden plant. In the United States the name is "Martha Washington Geranium" or ‘"Lady Washington Pelargonium". In Germany – Edelgeranie – noble geranie. The Dutch call it Franse Geranium.
Regal Pelargoniums need a light but sheltered place. They grow indoors, in the garden or on a balcony. For the winter period you have to prune the Regal Pelargonium to ten centimetres and leave in temperature of approximately 12°C.
